Since 1996, Aptos fibres have been used by plastic surgeons and aesthetic dermatologists to position sagging tissue. For facial procedures, the fibres can achieve results comparable to a facelift without surgery or anaesthesia, without sedation, with a short recovery time to fit in with an active life. The treatment can be applied to both men and women and in addition to the face and neck, it can also be used to improve the quality of the skin and tighten the skin in different areas of the body.
Over the past 20+ years, around 30 types of fibres and 50 different insertion methods have been developed, providing the patient with the ideal solution for lifting sagging tissue, rejuvenating the skin and improving overall skin quality in one step, tailored to the individual.
WHOM DO WE RECOMMEND?
The treatment is excellent for those with mild to moderate facial contour loss, reduced tissue volumisation, hydration and fine lines. It can be used to lift the eyebrows, accentuate the lips, treat facial asymmetry and enhance the lifting effect that becomes insufficient after surgery.
THE COURSE OF TREATMENT
It is a minimally invasive, safe procedure that does not require an incision. We can choose the ideal fibre and insertion technique for the patient's concern to achieve the best possible result. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and takes 20 minutes.
The sterile fibres are absorbable, biocompatible, and composed of natural collagen production-enhancing poly-L-lactic acid and polycaprolactone, which can be inserted into the appropriate layers of the skin using different types of needles and cannulas. The fibres are well-known and have been used in surgery for about 30 years, and they significantly regenerate tissue by increasing collagen production and improving microcirculation.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Side effects are not usually expected - there may be bleeding, swelling, and minimal pain for a few days after treatment. There may also be a short period of fibrous hold-tightness, but this will disappear within a few days, and no foreign body sensation will be felt.

The treatment has an immediately visible lifting effect based on the physical support of the tissues. Furthermore, the insertion of the fibres starts a process that takes time to complete, so the final result of the final look takes 2-3 months to be complete and can be enjoyed for 1.5-2 years. We can combine Aptos thread lifting with other treatments: fractional RF skin rejuvenation, fractional CO2 laser treatment, or micro-focused UH if the skin quality leaves something to be desired or if we want to correct the colour and surface irregularities of the skin surface. After the fibres have been inserted, we can apply volume replacement treatments to reduce the volume deficit or botulinum toxin treatments to smooth wrinkles caused by muscle movement. In addition to aesthetic treatments, it is essential to establish a daily skincare routine appropriate to the patient's skin type and to apply it regularly - this will also make aesthetic procedures more successful and long-lasting.
WHAT DO WE USE?
Nano Vitis
Absorbent, twisted, double 135 mm long fibre laced onto a blunt 70 mm long cannula. It can be used on different face, neck and body areas to revitalise, regenerate and rejuvenate. After insertion, the thread straightens and volumises the tissues. The final result is achieved in 1-1.5 months, and the effect can be enjoyed for 1.5-2 years. It is also excellent for smoothing deep wrinkles on the face. It can be used on the forehead, lower and upper eyelids, to treat crow's feet, and glabella, to refine the nasolabial fold, to smooth the décolleté and neck, and to rejuvenate the hands.
Visage Excellence
We use absorbable, multi-directional, specially designed tooth fibres, 120 or 190 mm in length. Ten fibres are used to treat the entire face, implanted into the tissue with a cannula during the non-invasive procedure. This reduces the risk of haemorrhage and swelling, and the simple and quick method of bringing the tissues together, accentuating and holding them in place, ensures a very effective lift with a short recovery time. It can be used on the face to lift the eyebrows, accentuate the cheeks, define the contour and treat the upper third of the neck, the stubble.
A limited edition version of this stylistic formula containing hyaluronic acid, unique in the world, which, in addition to enhancing collagen production, has a positive effect on the quality and quantity of elastic fibres and results in exceptional long-lasting skin hydration. A much stronger connective tissue fibre bundle is formed around the thread with less inflammatory reaction. In addition to a much more pronounced live linting effect, there is a significant improvement in skin quality; skin becomes denser, firmer, and hydrated, and recovery time is even shorter. The result can be enjoyed for 1.5-2 years.
Light Lift Needle
A bi-directional, toothed needle is inserted into the subcutaneous fat tissue during a minimally invasive procedure to address qualitative changes in connective tissue over time effectively. The tips of the needles attached to the thread at each end can be of different designs. It can be used to treat the stubble area or to lift the eyebrows by passing the needle from point to point without the needle coming out of the skin several times, as the thread is 500 mm long. This will avoid indentations at multiple exit points. It helps to shape the neck and strengthen the contours of the face. The lift becomes more pronounced from week to week.
Nano Spring
Absorbable, spirally wound 940 mm long fibre around a 70 mm long blunt cannula. As it has a revitalising and rejuvenating effect, it can be applied anywhere on the face where you want to reduce superficial wrinkles. Once the thread is inserted, it retains its shape and elasticity to refine deeper wrinkles on the face. It can also reduce Marionette wrinkles, refine the nasolabial folds, smooth wrinkles on the glabella, forehead and the lines of the upper lip, to lift the brow and nasal bridge and contour the mouth.
