The Collagen SHOCK treatment is a calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA)-based biostimulating skin rejuvenation therapy that not only treats superficial wrinkles, but also stimulates collagen production and cell-level regeneration in the deeper layers of the skin.
The essence of the unique combination used at Dr. Goodwin is that, alongside NCTF 135 HA containing non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, the doctor also injects a collagen-based biostimulator into the skin. As a result, it can be used not only on the face, but also on the neck, décolletage and backs of the hands, visibly improving skin texture and elasticity.
The two components enhance each other’s effects:
- the CaHA microspheres stimulate the skin’s collagen and elastin production,
- while NCTF 135 HA provides deep hydration and supports skin-cell regeneration.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DOES THE COLLAGEN SHOCK TREATMENT CONTAIN?

How the Collagen SHOCK treatment works
During the Collagen SHOCK therapy, the two active ingredients – the CaHA (calcium hydroxyapatite)-based biostimulator and the NCTF 135 HA solution containing non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid – are delivered under the skin using a thin, flexible cannula.
This combination is uniquely effective:
- the CaHA microspheres provide immediate volume and trigger collagen production,
- while NCTF 135 HA intensely hydrates, revitalizes and nourishes the skin.
The treatment is performed on an outpatient basis and usually takes about 30 minutes.
After the procedure, the skin’s natural regeneration processes begin, so the first visible results can already be noticed within a few weeks.
For a long-lasting effect that may last 1–2 years, it is recommended to repeat the treatment after 3–4 months. According to the protocol, a total of 4 sessions is recommended for the best results:
one repeat treatment 3–4 months after the first session, then another session after a further 4 weeks, followed by a maintenance treatment 6 months later.
The full result becomes visible after approximately 1 month – the skin appears firmer, fuller and more youthful.
